I found the ultimate link to the ultimate Diner... If you ever have to go thru Nebraska, do your self a favour and stop by at Ole´s in Paxton, Nebraska!! It´s the place to go for a really great Buffalo Burger.

I have been there 3 years ago on my way back from a skiing trip to Aspen. Julian from the Aspen Ski Co. told us to stop there and I still thank him everytime I remember this expirience.
