Dave goes to Europe...
Today Dave will be boarding the Vessel Frisia in Charleston, South Carolina, which will leave the port later today... Hopefully he will arrive in Bremerhaven on Friday the 13th (!!) where he will be put on a flatbed truck, which will transport him to the airfield of Stendal.
We canĀ“t wait to see him the first time, maybe we can go to Bremerhaven to see him when the vessel is unloaded...

Hi- saw your blog about Dave. I have a 1959 Tradewind 8m in Spain and have traveled all over Europe with it, from ESP to Sweden, Lettland, etc- everywhere!
That trailer weighs about 3000KG- what will you pull it with? The other issue I always have was the pitches in Europe are very small and hard to get into- even with 8m and yours is almost 10m.
I mounted 2 hitches to the front of my bus to push it into spots that are tight- helped me out a lot.
I also sell airstreams in Europe- I have 17 right now, and all are from dry Western states- lots of rust in the East, so check it out very carefully when you get it- that model with rear bath has frame issues often and needs a look.
Send me a mail if you need anything! philip_usa@yahoo.com
